There are currently less than 50 IHMP Course
Directors worldwide and this level is the highest in the IHMP
system. As our Course Directors are also trained as Assessor Examiners...
A HIGH PRESSURE ROLE....
An IHMP Course Director can Train and Certify
ALL IHMP Instructor Levels to Trainer and they may assist a regional assessor
with Course Director selections.
The Rating of IHMP Course Director is a
Regional board Appointment and is available only on request from a regional
selection board.
Qualifications: Normally would include
Hyperbaric Instructor Trainer, EMT or DMT plus a considerable
amount of teaching / training experience and
of course being an ITDA Sports or Technical Diving Course Director
as well.. (Although this is not always a
requirement ).
